Itinerary
Day One to Two
Early morning departure to the south coast for our late morning crossing to France, continue to Saarlouis in Germany for overnight stay where we enjoy a welcome drink and a buffet dinner. On day 2 we travel to Austria and check into your superb hotel.
Day Three to Six
A local guide will join us for our included excursion to Salzburg known as the City of Music, the birthplace of Mozart and the setting for the Sound of Music. You can shop in the famous 'Getreidegasse', enjoy the beauty of the Mirabell Gardens and marvel at the spectacular Hohensalzburg Fortress dating back to the 11th century. We offer additional cost excursions to Zell-am-See with a cruise on the lake and time to stroll through the medieval centre and also offer a drive through the Alps to the highest mountain- the Grossglockner, where you can view the 9km long Pasterze Glacier and see the furry Marmots!
Day Seven to Eight
We leave after breakfast and return to Saarlouis for overnight stay with dinner & buffet breakfast. On day 8 we return to the EuroTunnel terminal for our homeward crossing arriving in your hometown mid to late evening. |
