Day One to Two
Morning departure to the North Devon Coast arriving in the resort of Ilfracombe late afternoon. Check into our comfortable hotel with time to relax before enjoying choice evening meal. Entertainment will be provided on most evenings throughout your stay. Day 2 is free to explore Ilfracombe at your leisure. The scenery here is absolutely stunning and you may wish to visit the Tunnels Beaches which is a collection of Tunnels carved out of the rock that turned Ilfracombe from a sleepy fishing village into a wonderful tourist destination. Take a stroll around the beautiful harbour which is the largest on the North Devon Coast. Maybe stroll along the coastal paths with magnificent views of the surrounding areas and the Atlantic Ocean.

Day Three to Six
Today we include an excursion calling firstly at the coastal resort of Woolacombe which has one of the Top 10 beaches in the world which stretches for over 2 miles. The village itself is also well worth a look. Afterwards we continue onto Barnstaple which has undergone major re-generation with brand new shopping and eating areas but still retains a pleasant charm along with the olde-worlde indoor Pannier Market. On day 4 we travel to Bideford which spans the River Torridge and has become a pretty village with pastel coloured houses continuing afterwards to Dartington Crystal where we include your admission into the Visitors Centre and also a Factory Tour. You can see how this world famous glass has been produced, watch a demonstration or even have a go at glass blowing yourself. Finish your visit with a drink or snack in the restaurant and a browse around the shop. Our 5 day tour returns home on day 5 whilst our 7 day tour has 2 extra free days to relax at leisure.

Day Seven
After our last breakfast today we unfortunately journey northwards to your hometown arriving mid/late afternoon.

The hotel is positioned in the town just a short stroll from most amenities and the stunning coastline. All rooms are comfortably furnished with TV, complimentary refreshments tray and en-suite bathrooms. There is a lift, but no ground floor bedrooms.
